Barry N. Dickstein is a Managing Director of Milestone Advisors, LLC, where he specializes in providing mergers and acquisitions advisory, corporate finance and restructuring services to middle market companies. He has more than 25 years experience in investment banking, business transactions, and managing successful companies. He is the former co-founder and principal of The McLean Group, LLC, a locally owned advisory and investment bank. In addition to his responsibilities at Milestone, Mr. Dickstein is the principal shareholder of Comsource Management, Inc. (CMI), a residential real estate company and one of the largest residential property management firms in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.
