Mr. Stute is a Managing Director and Principal who joined Milestone Advisors in August 2001. At Milestone, Mr. Stute is responsible for the origination and execution of financial advisory and corporate finance assignments for the firm’s specialty finance clients, with a particular focus on the asset-based lending, accounts receivable factoring, and equipment lending sectors. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Stute was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group of First Union Securities, Inc. (now Wells Fargo Securities, Inc.) in Charlotte, North Carolina. At First Union, he was involved in over 25 corporate finance transactions with aggregate value in excess of $15 billion. Mr. Stute received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University.
