Mr. Dickstein is a Managing Director of Milestone. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Dickstein was co-founder and principal of The McLean Group, LLC, a privately owned investment bank. He has more than 16 years' experience in investment banking, business transactions, and managing successful companies in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to founding The McLean Group, Mr. Dickstein was the founding partner of Spectrum Equity Partners, a private investment firm specializing in the acquisition of middle-market companies and real estate. In addition to his responsibilities at The McLean Group, Mr. Dickstein is the Executive Vice President and principal shareholder of Comsource Management, Inc. (CMI), a residential real estate company. He currently sits on the boards of several companies and charities.

Mr. Dickstein received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland and has completed advanced studies in finance and securities.
