Mr. Stephenson is a Principal of Milestone Merchant Partners. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President of International Equity Partners. Mr. Stephenson joined IEP in 1993 and spent 1994 as Managing Director - India where he established the firm's Indian operations. Mr. Stephenson also serves as a member of the Investment Committee of the India Direct Fund and on the Board of Directors of IEP Romania & Moldova Investments, Ltd. He practiced corporate law and commercial litigation prior to joining IEP.

Mr. Stephenson received his Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School.
