	Robert D. Twillmann Senior Vice President btwillmann@milestonecap.com Mr. Twillmann is a Senior Vice President of Milestone Merchant Partners. At Milestone, Mr. Twillmann is responsible for developing capital markets strategies and working with Milestone's clients in executing liability and asset strategies. Previously, Mr. Twillmann was employed by Bear Stearns for four years in the Financial Services Group. At Bear, Mr. Twillmann assisted south-western banks during a significant cyclical downturn to improve their profitability and shareholder returns. Mr. Twillmann spent ten years as a convertible bond/preferred specialist with Tucker Anthony, NatWest Markets, and most recently, JP Morgan.
