Mr. Quamme is a Managing Director of Milestone Merchant Partners and sits on its Board of Directors. In addition to founding Milestone Merchant Partners, he was a founding limited partner of International Equity Partners, L.P. Mr. Quamme has led private equity investments in specialty retail, oil and gas, restaurants, waste management, manufacturing and e-commerce companies. In addition, he has extensive experience in financial restructurings and work-outs. He began his career as a mergers and acquisitions attorney at Baker Botts. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Equivest Finance, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQUI).

Mr. Quamme received his Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and his Juris Doctor from the Northwestern University School of Law.
